Tutoring

Assessments may be made up before school (if prearranged) or after school on any day that Mrs. Blanton is available.   Check the board in class for other available days each week.  Students may use this time to make up assignments, or get help over any material.  You may also stop by before or after school to get any quick questions answered.  I would be happy to help you!



Materials

Please bring the following items to class each day:

Textbook

Pencils and erasers. Pencils ONLY will be used in class.

Loose-leaf paper and 1.5” binder (with dividers)

Calculator – a TI-84 graphing calculator is recommended for Math courses at Franklin

Graph paper


Teacher Requested Supplies - Please bring the following items to share with the class. 
1 Pack of Pencils and 1 pack of paper

YAY MATH!! - This teacher is really funny and posts a lot of videos from his classroom.  See if the topic we are studying has a video to help you.  He also provides the worksheet that his students are using in the video so you can print that out first and work along with him. www.yaymath.org/video.html 

KAHN ACADEMY - Seach for a video on lots and lots and lots of math topics.  These are usually shorter than the yay math ones and pretty straightforward and to the point.  There are lots more of them too!  You can also download the app to your phone or tablet.  www.kahnacademy.org
